Returns Policy

We take pride in offering our valuable customers impeccable service at all times, however, certain legal limitations apply on few of the products we carry. We strongly advise you to take note of the following, failing which, your purchase order processing will be treated as your acceptance of all terms and conditions:

All FTA Receiver sales are final with no return, no refund policy in effect since any kind of software upgrade alters the machine from its original condition. These receivers are supplied by the manufacturers in a ‘ready-to-go’ condition for true ‘Free-to-Air’ reception of television programming. Programming of any FTA Receivers with any Third Party Software is illegal and we neither support nor do we condone this activity under any circumstances, whatsoever. As such, failure to obtain desired programs through your receiver from any unauthorized source does not qualify you, dear customer, for return or refund of merchandise.

In case your FTA Receiver arrives in a ‘non-working’ condition or does not power ‘ON’ please notify us within three business days of receipt of the same. We reserve the right to repair or replace the same at our discretion.

We do not accept any merchandise returned to us C.O.D.

All cross-border shipments (those coming from USA, Mexico or anywhere else outside of Canada must be accompanied by a US Dollar International Money  Order in  an amount sufficient to cover the courier company’s Brokerage Fee as well as Return Postage; failure to do so will result in unnecessary delay in offering you prompt and courteous service.

In order to make your purchase experience at My Conaxsat an exceptionally satisfying one, we advise you to follow these simple steps:

  1. Click HERE to obtain your RMA Number (this number is the ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’) and make sure it is clearly marked on the Shipping Label of your return package. Also make sure that you have included the Original Receipt in the package to avoid delays in processing.

  2. Make sure that the merchandise being returned by you is properly packed in its original form and all accompanying items including User Manual and/or all Cable/s, switches, CD/CDs/USB sticks (wherever applicable) and/or other accompanying articles are duly placed in the original box

  3. DO NOT place shipping label directly on the original box. Failure to do so will result in refusal to replace your merchandise since the original package has been defaced. Please make sure you wrap the complete package in another box and/or wrapper.

  4. In order to ensure that the merchandise returned by you, dear customer, reaches our facilities in proper condition, please make sure you put enough insurance on the package to pay for merchandise lost and/or damaged in transit.

  5. We will gladly pay the re-shipping cost in the event of our failure to ensure safe delivery of merchandise to you from our facilities the very first time. In case your merchandise arrives at your door in a damaged condition, please check contents of the package before signing receipt. Please do not forget to file a claim with the courier company promptly and notify us as well.

Exceptions where No Return or Refund is accepted:

  1. Improperly packaged products with missing and/or defaced packaging

  2. Any merchandise that has been tempered with by an un-authorized person

  3. Signs of physical abuse and/or damage to the merchandise in any fashion

  4. Illegible Serial Number or any digit of the said Serial Number has been altered and or removed/replaced

  5. Altered and/or removed Bar Code

  6. Any merchandise originally supplied in C.K.D. (completely knocked down) condition requiring assembly, but returned in an assembled and/or semi-assembled condition, whether accompanied by RMA Number or not, will not be eligible for refund

  7. Merchandise received without original Sale Receipt issued by us

In case exceptional circumstances exist in order to warrant a refund on any merchandise supplied by us, we reserve the right to charge ‘Re-stocking Fee’ up to a maximum amount of 20% of the value of the merchandise in question; however there will be no refund of Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges and the Credit Card processing fees charged by the merchant company
